Moleskine:

Today’s workout was planned at Mount Trashmore which was a mile away but one of our pax didn’t feel comfortable running long distance coming back from rehab , he decided to stay back at Crown while we took off. He was planning to do his thing till we came back, push even harder than us and kick butt. Unfortunately we picked it up few minutes later when we stopped at an intersection to do some exercises. Absolutely escaped my eye as a Q but some of the pax noticed it and even went to check on him. He was there doing merkins and dips on his own. They came back to tell us he is pushing hard but back on the field. We went back at base all together, he was appreciative , we were happy we could be all together and in each others presence.  We all had a great time. As in F3 we learn…. leave no man behind and leave no man where you found him…. we are in this together and we will make it work.

March being Mental Health Month, I did share Tuesday I am starting to feel hopeful after 2020 and Feb’21 harsh weather.  Last month was rough and probably felt a little seasonal depressed with the weather and al happenningl around us, but most of it I was able to keep at bay as I joined my F3 brothers in beatdowns and the Patriot Challenge(25 miles a week) . Got a sense of purpose, got the blood flowing, reduced stress and was happy to contribute, after sharing all agreed that we wouldn’t have done those miles unless we did all together. Appreciate you fellas
