Warm Up: Motivators from 6, Mountain Man Poopers, Abe Wigodas, Daisy Pickers, jog to field (~quarter mile)

The workout:

  1. Round 1: Bear crawl to 40 yard line, 40 merkins, jog back, bear crawl to 30 yard line, 30 merkins, jog back (repeat down to 10 yard line)
  2. Round 2: Sprint to far 40 yard line, 40 big boys, jog back, sprint to far 30 yard line, 30 big boys, jog back (repeat down to far 10 yard line)
  3. Round 3: Lunges to 40 yard line, 40 squats, jog back (repeat down to 10 yard line)
  4. Round 4: Sprint to 40 yard line, 10 burpees, jog back (repeat down to 10 yard line, keeping 10 burpees constant)

Cool Down:

  1. Flutter kicks
  2. American hammers
  3. Box cutters
