Thing 1: Merkin and Shoulder Press Ladder
Shoulder press with coupon x14, run across the parking lot, merkin x1; complete at 13:2, 12:3, 11:4, etc until 1:14.
Thing 2: Partner Pyramid
In pairs, complete 200 squats with coupon, 100 big boys, 200 squats with coupon. One partner exercises while the other partner runs the length of the block and back.
COT: It’s easy to maintain a “constructive feedback” mindset with our kids and ourselves. As we head into this season of thanksgiving, focus on celebrating what’s good here and now in ourselves and others. Identifying and pursuing areas of improvement is a worthy habit, but should not blot out celebrating the current good.
