Did a little circuit weave ruck. Partners split North and South. Both ruck around to opposite side of block (meeting midway). Every corner complete 10 air squats. Short ends of blocks (on far N/S Side) speed ruck from corner to corner. When you pass your partner complete 20 walking lunges. We weaved West completing 4 separate blocks with this rotation of exercises.
The ruck continued with an exploration of Van Buren along the Blue Line and Cemetery. Approximately 3 miles completed with 80 weighted squats and 80 weighted lunges mixed in.

Recalled a high school motivational speaker telling us whenever you feel like your in a “comfort zone.” Get out. Make yourself uncomfortable, experience new things, meet new people. You can’t grow and evolve into a better version of yourself if you avoid challenging yourself and staying content only with what seems familiar.
