Good one today at The Patriot. 4 for a solid beatdown. Warmed up at the park and then moseyed to the train platform to get some hill-charging work in. Fun was had. We earned coffee today.

Thought for the day, one would think we show up in the gloom for the exercise. Sure we get fitter each day. Sure we’re getting stronger physically. Yes, we can do a few extra pushups or run a little faster than we did yesterday. Maybe even shedding a few of those nagging extra lbs from the dad bod. That’s not why we show up. We show up to build resiliency. We show up to get stronger mentally. We show up for each other. Maybe that other guy is going through a rough patch and needs to be around another guy who might be experiencing or have experienced the same rough patch. Showing up builds character. It builds mental toughness. So when you’re going thru that patch, you have the resiliency and fortitude to plow thru it. We show up for ourselves & our brothers.
