Description:
- partner up and each team collectively performs the reps of exercises listed below
- While one partner performs the exercises, the other performs the run routine. Switch, pick up the count where partner left off.
Exercises:
- 100x merkins
- 100x crunches
- 100x shoulder taps (tocuh both shoulders to complete one rep )
- 100x Squats
- 200x donkey kicks (100 per leg)
- 100x merkins
- 100x BBsitups
- 100x squats (not sure if we completed this last exercise)
Run:
- sprint uphill along Woodlawn Ave (~150 yards)
- 25x dips at the amphitheatre
- jog back to your partner
