Warm-Up/Stretches:  

  • Side Straddle Hops
  • Toe touch stretch
  • Arm Circles (forward/backward)
  • tricep/shoulder stretch
  • Imperial Walkers

Description:

  • partner up and each team collectively performs the reps of exercises listed below
  • While one partner performs the exercises, the other performs the run routine.  Switch, pick up the count where partner left off.

Exercises: 

  • 100x merkins
  • 100x crunches
  • 100x shoulder taps (tocuh both shoulders to complete one rep )
  • 100x Squats
  • 200x donkey kicks (100 per leg)
  • 100x merkins
  • 100x BBsitups
  • 100x squats (not sure if we completed this last exercise)

Run:

  • sprint uphill along Woodlawn Ave (~150 yards)
  • 25x dips at the amphitheatre
  • jog back to your partner
