11/10:  A brisk day to celebrate daylight savings; how ’bout that sunrise gents?!  A 39 degree day and a solid crew of 14 men came out for the BOMBRUCK.

THE THANG:  BOMBRUCK

The crew rolled up Scoville northbound, rucking with coupons properly.

We stopped approx every other block for 5 BOMBS

5 blockies, 5 overhead presses, 5 blocky merkins (blerkins?), 5 bigboys with coupon in your belly, 5 squats with coupons

 

We rinse and repeated throughout the ruck while adding in some double-time ruck between BOMBS.
