5 pax assembled for weekly grind with moving pain stations. Normal stretches and off we go to the lake , had a few dynamic stretches and then a couple of pain stations till the quarry.

 

On the way back , Holiday themed goose run ( instead of tapping the shoulder tell us a holiday /Xmas /Hannukah reference) , plenty of movie quotes went around . Die hard , Christmas Story , Christmas vacation , elf , Christmas carols , Dreidel, and lots more . We actually increased our speed on the Way back because we were having plenty of fun and it masked all the running effort.
