Ace outta F3 Indy and Woodchuck outta F3 Ft Worth joined the fun at Dip City. We opened with a moving Warmorama around the track, stretching and loosening along the way. Speed Motivators and some squats and Mike Tysons followed. One Pax atta time then sprinted back to the equipment and did 10 Bench Presses while the others held plank. For the thang, the Pax did a few laps around some pre-laid cones, stopping at each cone to do various exercises. Hmmm, what else…hmmm. Oh yeah, we did some dips and some step ups and some Mary.
