Naked Moleskin

It ain’t nothing personal, just business. A tough beatdown like this morning is intentionally designed to push pax outside of their comfort zone. How many of pax expected 20 shoulder taps? And was surprised when we hit 40? And wanted to go home when we hit 70? Why didn’t they go home? The reason is all 3 Fs.

1st F) You want to get the work in, and you know you wouldn’t push yourself to that level On Your Own (aka OYO).
2nd F) your brother tapping shoulders next to you, he’s still here, he didn’t go home.
3rd F) by staying in the game, (Don’t Fuggin Quit, aka DFQ), you are setting the example of what it means to be a High Impact Man (aka HIM). Your actions are preparing you for how you will show up at the rest of your life – how you show up in your marriage/relationship, your family, your community, your work.

P.S. Tclaps to Jewel manager for greeting the pax this morning and donating a box of pumpkin seed bars to each pax.  A nice and supportive gesture!  We appreciate the hospitality.

Sloan is wrangling pax for a group blood donation.  Details to come.

Prayers for pax friend, baby Eleni, who received kidney transplant from aunt, Val.  Need prayers and healing hands.  Prayers for those affected by COVID, especially Denari’s uncle, Greg.
