Fresh off a few days in the wilderness, YHC was in for a tough one. But 3 strong PAX pushed ahead as we tackled Crazy 88’s.

WARM UP: 

  • SSH (20/4ct)
  • Don Quixotes (10/4ct)
  • Abe Vigodas (10F/10B/4ct)
  • Imperial Walkers (10/4ct)

WORKOUT (4 ROUNDS FOR TIME):

ROUND 1:

  • starting off on sideline, complete 8 burpees (1st set)
  • once done, run to opposite sideline and complete 8 burpees (2nd set)
  • continue for 11 sets total (88 burpees)

ROUND 2:

  • starting off on sideline, complete 8 *squrls (1st set)
  • once done, carry coupon to opposite sideline and complete 8 squrls (2nd set)
  • continue for 11 sets total.

*squrl: front carry coupon and while performing a squat, PAX performs a curl simultaneously

ROUND 3:

  • perform 88 overhead presses
  • rifle carry to opposite sideline
  • perform 88 overhead presses
  • rifle carry back to starting sideine

ROUND 4:

  • perform 88 x-factor on sideline (1:1)
  • bear crawl or crawl bear to opposite sideline.
  • perform 88 x-factor on sideline (1:1)
  • if you bear crawled initially, crawl bear back. Or vice versa.
