The BackBlast:

WEATHER: Raining/Low 50’s

WORKOUT: 

Set timer for 2 minutes on repeat. Exercises are all reps of 50 which are the following: kraken burpees (burpee with 3 hand release push ups = 1), BDE burpees (burpee to a jumping lunge, both legs, to a squat = 1), and jumping lunges. Soccer field was used and went sideline/sideline which is 50Y.

Clock starts and PAX start kraken burpees. Once 2-minute alarm goes off, PAX run to opposite side and pick up their kraken burpees. Rinse/repeat until 50 kraken burpees have been completed. Once completed, run 400M.

Next exercise is BDE burpees which will replace the kraken burpees while switching sides every 2 minutes until completing 50 reps; run 800M.

Next exercise is jumping lunges which replaces BDE burpees. Switch sides every 2 minutes until completing 50 reps, and then run 1200M.
