We did an abbreviated version of the IPC Week 2 event. I say abbreviated because the event is AMRAP for 45 minutes but Green Room is a 45 minute event including lead-in. So we did 30 minutes and thank heavens that’s all it was. Check out the full event for details.

This was brutal but I’m grateful for the excellent HIMs that showed up to make the morning awesome and to set the pace for the day.
