Week 0 of the IronPAX 2021 challenge in the books.  Fun one this morning. Lots of running and a few merkins here & there. Good to see so many of the PAX pushing their own personal limits, it’s always you v you.

Lean on the guy to your right & left, and as we also learned today at QSource w the Shield Lock convo, is sometimes the 6. Lean on those men around you for support as you work your way thru whatever challenge is dealt. Whether it be in life or in the IronPAX challenge, we all need that support.
