After spending 16 weeks incarcerated in marathon training, I got furloughed on Oct 9. Not knowing what I’d do with all this free time and not being able to pump iron in the prison yard (i.e., weekly base and long runs), I moseyed over to Dip City to Q a beatdown. What a delight to see old and new faces: Brawny, Chick, GTL, Downrange SexyDad, Downrange Stormchaser, and FNG Primus (welcome!). The assembled pax wasted no time and got down to business.
