The Crown was windy today with a Cyclone led Q.
Started with some stretching and a Mosey to pain station one. There we teamed up and did 100 merkins, 200 dips and 300 LBC’s. One man ran while the other put in the work.
Then another mosey to the American Football field to do some ladders:
10 yards = 10 burpees, 20 yards = 20 mountain climbers, 30 yards = 30 butt in air push ups (why can’t I ever remember the name of this), 40 yards = 40 merkins.
The. We moseys again to pain station #3. Teams again for 100 stair climbers, 200 squats and 300 more LBC’s.
Finally mosey to the end of the pitch for some an work.
