3 of ‘em conquered a Thanksgiving Day Murph-Style beatdown…A warm o rama included SSH, BDAC’s, and some stretches. We then did our best to honor Lt Michael Murphy, running about 1 to 1.5 mi, and completing 100 Merkins, 200 Big Boys, and 300 Plank Jacks.(these were accomplished in 10 stops and 10,20,30 of each at each stop). No time for Mary, but the Murph provided plenty o’ ab/core work. Great energy by the Pax today. YHC likes large Pax #’s for the buzz, but appreciates small groups for more intimate mumblechatter. Thankful for F3 and good dudes.
