Hold the Line

Solo-ish run for The Commodore this morning. Got my non-F3 buddy out this morning for a brisk 5-miler, hope to turn these efforts into a future FNG.

If nothing else, it was a great run between two dads. When you have the opportunity to get some one on one time with another friend and talk it out, you take advantage of those times.

Putting in the work early provides me with a more enjoyable day ahead. Makes me appreciate the fact that Sunday’s are a time to slow down with the family. Laying around on the couch reconnecting with your people, getting ready for the week ahead.

Next up. Tuesday at The Grind. Another opportunity to get better. Another opportunity to accelerate. Another opportunity to be a better man by surrounding myself with champion fathers/husbands/brothers/sons. Whatever your title is, strive to be better every day.
