The Thang

We went to the baseball diamond with our coupons and partnered up. The first partner did bear crawls to and from the first base while the other partner was doing blockees. Once the first partner got back, they switched roles until the specified numbers of reps were done for that particular exercise. Next up were Eagles to and from second base (lunge, OH clap, squat) and curls with the coupon. We did five more exercises and traveled the bases in different ways until time.

We’re all resource-constrained, especially with our time, so while you might be able to do something (e.g., paint your house), it’s important to consider your other priorities, and if you have the ability, it might be wise to outsource whatever needs to be done, so you can focus on family, friends, community, etc. It’s great to be self-sufficient and do things on your own, but you also need to consider if the task is worthy of your time and attention.
