Consistency was the name of the game to help you embrace the suck on this fine morning!

 

Sun was out, and the birds were chirping… 5 degrees

 

Intro – Cover workout, introduction, mod as need cause I’m just a beautiful guy.. not a pro

 

Warm Up:

  • Side straddle hop 20
  • Arm circles both direction count of 10
  • Mossy around block

 

Thang 1: Need a partner  15 minute cycle

  • Two circuits
    • Partner runs around block.
    • Other does the following
      • Frog up across parking lot
      • High Knees to other end of lot
      • Bear crawl to other end of lot
      • High Knees back to frog hop
      • Circuit continues until partner returns, then switch
      • Regroup after fifteen, move to next

Core Break: 5 minutes (Damn five minutes is a long time!!!!)

  • 1 min plank
  • 30 sec side plank
  • 30 sec other side
  • 30 sec bear plank
  • Repeat

Thang 2: Need a partner  15 minute cycle

  • Two circuits
    • Partner runs around block.
    • Other does the following
      • Pushup burpee with leap forward across parking lot
      • High Knees to other end of lot
      • Bear crawl pushup to other end of lot
      • High Knees back to burpee hop
      • Circuit continues until partner returns, then switch
      • Regroup after fifteen, move to next

 

Core Break: 5 minutes (Damn five minutes is a long time!!!!)

  • 1 Crunch
  • 1 minute Bicycle crunch
  • 30 toe touches
  • Repeat

 

The final 5 minutes…. Yak Jumps
