Start at Garfield & Ridgeland (Southside of 290 overpass).
20 walking lunges as you begin to make your way over. 20 squats in middle. 20 Bonnie Blairs before you leave the overpass.
We repeat every overpass (Ridgeland, East, OP Ave, Home). This pattern would bring us to a total of 80 walking lunges, 80 squats, and 80 Bonnie Blairs (240 leg reps).
Mosey to Rehm Park and throw down a mini BOMBS (10 Burpees, 10, Overhead claps, 10 Merkins, 10 Big Boys, 10 squats). GRAND TOTAL: 290 body weight reps (specifically legs), and 3 miles of running.
We had a moment of silence/prayer/good vibes to JuicyFruit and more specifically his brother, Jimmy. Jimmy recently, had a heart attack and has been in a coma for a few days. Patrick (JuicyFruit) is hopeful he will be awake and recover quickly this afternoon.
