Slow Jog around Football Field
Heavy Load Rucker and Speed Rucker rotation for 4 blocks and back. “Heavy Rucker” had an extra weight bag of 55lbs in addition to 25lb ruck carrier (80 total lbs). HR slow rucks up one block and then switches with partner. “Speed Rucker” with 25lb ruck carrier fast walk/slow jogs to end of block then walks back to HR and walks rest of block w/ HR to end of block and switches with partner.
With just the Ruck carriers (25lbs), PAX Rucker up and back 8 blocks (16 total blocks). At the end of every block we completed 10 squats, and 5 Merkins w/ weight.
