CoT – Been thinking a lot about culture. How it’s tougher to set the tone at work now that we’re all remote. A huge part of New Orleans is its culture. To me it’s all about this unbridled joy, youthfulness, and creativity. Was once told that culture is created in the 5 feet around you. Saw this great quote about New Orleans culture: “In New Orleans, culture doesn’t come down from on high, it bubbles up from the streets.” — Ellis Marsali. Keep that in mind.
