The Thang
Did approximately five miles – headed north to Horace Mann Elementary and headed back. Pax stopped at Scoville to keep everyone together. Finished with some ab work.
COT
With any goal, small steps are better than no steps. It’s great to have big, ambitious goals, and we should try to have some we are working towards, but sometimes it can feel overwhelming or unmotivating to work towards them. I have been encouraging a buddy to get back into working out, and while he’s not ready to join F3, I am encouraging him to run a mile, do 15 minutes on a fitness app, etc. It’s not a big win or a huge step – it’s a small one – but those small steps usually add up in a much more meaningful way than taking a big leap. Also, big shoutout to Styrofoam for getting this AO going!
