Today we revisited our one continuous-movement mindf*** madness type of workout.
We spiced it up by rucking up and adding a little weight (a minimum of 20lb).
FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
Easy choices, hard life.
Hard choices, easy life.
The workout is rater simple -> just three simple components to it:
- 3x weighted push-ups
- 4x weighted lunges
- walk for active recovery for the remainder of the minute
REPEAT FOR A FULL HOUR (60 min).
But because we are a hearty crew of overachievers, we did 61 rounds.
We hit a total of 183 weighted push-ups, 244 weighted lunges and walked 3.9km in continuous movement with no breaks.
No man was left behind, no man was left where we found him.
Equal number of repetitions for all.
