THANG 2
Broke into two groups of 4 and YHC referee’d the start of F3 Dodgeball! If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball. Since we didn’t have any wrenches, we used a few balls.
F3 Dodgeball Rules
- Player hit = do 10 Merkins, 10 SSH, 10 Little Baby Crunches
- Point Made = 5 Burpees
- Winning team had the most burpees

Discussed the power of play in context of our dodgeball and character themed workout. Since tonight is Halloween, we used it as an opportunity to look for the fun in things and especially enjoyed watching the PAX run on the field and chase each other down for points. All in all a great start of Halloween and last workout of Oct!
