Thang 1 – Seven of Diamonds around the field with 3 sets only. Up-Downs x7 IC; Skaters x14 IC; Merkins x21; Big Bois x28. Mosey to center field for 2 sets of burpees x10 OYO. Handoff to Hackysack as new F1.
Thang 2 – Mosey to Scoville. Partner work DORA running backwards up the hill and forward down: 100 merkins; 150 LBCs; 200 Squats. Mosey to Wall Sit Alley. 1-minute wall sit. Wall sit with alternating leg lifts x15 IC. Wall sit with calf raises x15 IC. Mosey back to Wreck Center.
