We rucked North on Elmwood to North Avenue and back. Along the way we stopped for a round of 20 squats and another round of 10 revers lunges.
We got back to the Wreck Center with some time to spare so we completed 20 squats, walked the length of the field, 10 reverse lunges, walked back and stopped halfway for 20 monkey humpers.
