Took a quick lap around the turf field to get loose, and then hit the streets.
Thang: The goal was to hit 4 miles, which we finally did. On a path straight north, did an out and back loop to Bete school with occasional pain stations (flutter kicks, mountain climbers, shoulder taps, merkins) to allow the Six to catch up.
