Grip, Rip, and Roll (GRRs) – Sitting up on your six, set a cinder block by your side. Grip the cinder block. Pick it up and place it on the other side of your body. Now place your hands on top of the cinder block, roll into a plank on top of the block, then roll to the ground. Repeat across the parking lot.

4 stations around Priory Park Fenwick campus loop. All mosey together around the stations, stopping at each to do 15 reps of exercises. For next round, one PAX runs out ahead of others and waits at station 1. Remaining PAX do 15 reps of exercise 1, then run w/ coupons to station 1. While waiting, the PAX ahead does as many reps as possible of the first exercise. If he gets to 20, we up our count from 15 – 20 while PAX runs to station 2, working all the way around the loop. We did 2 rounds of this.

COT: My neighbor is going through some stuff – he’s got mental health concerns and housing stability issues. My 8 year old, probably the wisest one of the whole bunch, asked me the other day “If [neighbor] needs a place to stay, why doesn’t he stay here?” The little ones have a way of boiling down big problems to simple solutions. A challenge to not overthink things – if a neighbor needs something, maybe we can give it to them!
