Great one today at The Commodore. 10 strong. 10 ready to go to work. 10 ready to show some love. Split it up into the rabbits and the Clydesdales since we had such a big group. Rabbits went for almost 7 while the Clydesdale came in around 5. Solid effort from everyone. We then gathered back for COT where we focused on vulnerability and what it means to us.

Vulnerability is consciously choosing to not hide your emotions or desires from others. It means sometimes putting yourself out there where rejection is a possibility. It means freely expressing your feelings regardless of what others may think or how they might react. It means giving love to get love.

Vulnerability sounds like truth & feels like courage. Truth & courage aren’t always comfortable but they’re never weaknesses.

This group encourages & promotes men being vulnerable yet still encouraging & promoting male strength & leadership. They’re not mutually exclusive. That’s the beauty of the group. That’s the love you get within the group. That’s F3 Evanston. You just gotta show up.
