We welcomed FNG (Mark) to F3 Evanston with a pretty standard beatdown. 400 M mosey, 25 burpees, 400 M mosey, 50 merkins, 400 M mosey, 75 lunges, 400 M mosey, 100 air squats and then back down the ladder. Finished with a round of Mary and the FNG even contributed an exercise (Planks).
