It was colder than expected at 6 am on Saturday morning, but 4 Pax came out for some #mumble chatter and a brisk ruck.

We covered abut 3.5 miles with a few exercises thrown in to keep us honest — Stevenson Park (squats), Anderson Park (incline merkins), and Taylor Park (toe taps).

Circle of Trust:  Another quote from C.S. Lewis (which tied in to some of the #mumble chatter) — “We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and private; and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.”  If this was true 90 years ago, this is even more of an accurate description of today’s world. While it is easy to focus on the 1st F, we should overlook the 2nd F in all our busyness and activity.
