The BackBlast:
10 came out to Get the Led Out at the Crown this morning, including Gemini from Steel City.
The Thang: Enjoyed a few hundred merkins, LBCs, and squats, plus a few dozen bonus burpees and bear crawls — all to some 70’s tunes in the morning gloom. Every time a Zeppelin song came on, we got the led out by running a lap around the fields at the Crown.
COT: We sent our thoughts to families in Boulder and to our local PAX struggling with loss.
