Weather: 27* and calm winds
3 Pax and Hugo, the run loving canine, stepped out of the gloom to Get Right with a ladder run beatdown.
WaR: Motivators starting at 5, Abe Vigodas and seal claps in the circle, or I guess it was more of a triangle. Up and down the playground for high-knees, butt kickers and power skips before moseying West on Harvard.
Thang 1: 1 mile run together West on Harvard performing a Jog/Sprint/Jog cycle that alternated at every cross street. Stopped every 3rd cross street for progressive set of exercises starting with 5 burpees, and adding each of the following at each stop: 10 plank jacks, then 15 Anton Ohnos, then 20 flutter kicks, then 25 Bonnie Blairs.
Thang 2: 1 mile run back East on Fillmore to Eagles Landing. Stopping every cross street for 11’s of Merkins and Bobby Hurleys. @Footloose left @Kodak and me in the dust but doubled back after he hit Ridgeland to pick up the six.
Moseyed back to Eagles Landing for a few stretches and COT. Lots of Pax away and recharging on Spring Break. Looking forward to seeing everyone refreshed next week.
COT: Good Friday reminds us of the sacrifice that the creator made for each of us. Use this time to remember and thank the parents, spouses, and friends that have made sacrifices to help us get to where we need to be.
