The Thang

We did a circuit-based workout, starting with a coupon circuit (e.g., curls, bent-over rows, etc.)  and a non-coupon circuit (ab work, jumps, monkey humpers, etc.). We did three rounds, one for 35 seconds per exercise, one for 30 seconds, and then one for 20 seconds. There was a short break in between rounds and we went up to time.
