PAX warmed up with some OYO stretches, T-Spine openers and Old Mans.

We made it over to the Fenwick garage at a good pace, .8 miles in about 12 minutes.

At the top of the garage we partnered up for some Dora123:
100: Thrusters with both packs
200: American Hammers with both packs (would not recommend both packs again, many modified to one), 1 is 1
300: Flutter kicks with pack overhead, 2 is one

Switch out partner after either A)running down 3 levels of stairs and up the ramp or B) run down 3 levels on ramp and up stairs. Alternate a and b

We also had time to do 100 bent over rows and 200 Squat, backllunge left, squat, backlunge right

It took us 14 minutes to make it back to the AO.

CoT: Last year at the Forest Park St Patrick’s Day parade, I drove my family home after having a few too many to be driving. Even though nothing happened, I’ve regretted it every time I’ve thought of it since. Don’t be stupid like I was, don’t drink and drive.
