Fun one this morning. We all got a little stronger and a little faster. Even got a nice compliment from a local who said she admired the fact we work out outside. Yes we do madam,,,
Warmed up with a bit of shoulder work thanks to Mr Vigoda and his team. Welcomed Mickey Mouse merkins into the fold and then hit a quick mosey around the parking lot.
Balls to the wall was next on the docket. Few rounds of this and another mosey.
Back to the starting point for the work. 25 burpees, lap with a coupon. 50 merkins, lap with a coupon. 75 walking lunges, lap with a coupon. 100 squats, lap with a coupon. And then working our way back down in reverse order. Ended with a fellowship lap.
CoR, NoR and COT. We prayed for those in the Ukraine, may they have the strength to survive and simply exist in an unfathomable situation. Watching fathers put their children on trains to escape the horrors of war undoubtedly gives us perspective that we can never take for granted. We prayed for those families.
