WU:

Sadly, YHC was 2 minutes late, so Kodak started this off with stuff.  Awesome stuff.  But stuff I wasn’t there for.  From there we did mountain climbers and shoulder taps, before doing dynamic w/u on the field with:

• • hi knees
  • butt kickers
  • side shuffle
  • carioca
  • hip openers out-to-in and in-to-out
  • frankensteins and SLDL

The Run:

It was a purist RunClub today.  We had a ~3.5 mile yo-yo run (“Touch the sign”) heading across to East Ave, up East Ave to Lake, West on Lake to the Wreck Center,  touch sign, then turn around for the return.  Rabbits went out front and collected the six on their return leg.

More totally awesome stuff that I didn’t see courtesy of the rabbits who made it back first, because YHC was the humble six.  From there I led us through a quick round of box cutters.

 

CoT:

A thank you to Kodak and others who led the warm up and the core work for me today.  I also offered a second thank you for our upcoming F3OP Ragnar team that I’m psyched to be a part of.  I have tried, unsuccessfully, to rally a Ragnar squad several times in previous years, but with the fellowship of F3OP, this year it fell in my lap.  Can’t hardly wait!
