The Thang 

I had an eclectic playist ready to go, and for each song (approx. four minutes each), we did one exercise (e.g., curls). When each pax got to 25 reps during each exercise, he ran, did butt kickers, etc. about 50ish yards, and when he got back to his coupon, he started up the exercise again and repeated until the song was over. After every two songs, there was a one-minute instrumental interlude to rest, stretch, etc. The shoulder-knee taps proved to be a bit of a challenge, both physically and from a counting perspective, but we almost got through the whole playlist. Boom.

We’re coming up to November and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. I normally associate this time with stuffing my face, which is all well and good, but the older I get, the more I appreciate the opportunity to also be more “actively thankful” and consider my blessings in life.
