6am start under the rising sun. We met at center field for a quick set of merkins amrap while we learned the goal for the day. A 4 mile ruck. With the disclaimer said and the big boys done (amrap) we headed at a break neck pace to the tundra. A fast return left us counting the end as the wreck began. Our 4 miles done.
