WARMER:  foot jacks, high knees & butt kickers sideline to sideline, daisy cutters, sideline to sideline, overhead claps, seal claps, sideline to sideline, mountain climbers.

 

THE THANG:  Four Corners – kept the full PAX together as a team for each mosey between corners/AOs.

North up Elmwood to Erie – 3 BOMBS

West on Erie to Linden – 4 BOMBS

South on Linden to Lake – 5 BOMBS

Jog past Homeplate and back to Elmwood.  Rinse & Repeated 3 full laps.
