Special Guest visit from @Slaughter who swung over for a pre-beatdown EC 5K this AM. Beautiful morning run on Chicago’s Lakefront path. Couldn’t stay for the beatdown. Maybe next time…

We made a slow mosey to the basketball court while carrying 4 coupons. Once at the court, Pax broke into groups of 3 at each corner.

Once done, Pax moseyed to a pull-up bar. With all Pax in a single line, 2x at a time (one from each side of the line) ran to the bar, did as many pull-ups as possible (up to 10) and returned. Then the next set of two Pax went and so forth. Pax not doing pull-ups were holding plank.
Once done, mosey back to AO for Mary.
