11/18:  Ten strong for a 3 miler hitting 3 parks…and the return of the Juicy Fruit!

WARMER:  Knee to chest stretches right & left, full fold bend & hold, windmills, imperial walkers

THE RUCK:  Starting at The Krib, worked our way east then north.  Moseyed through Mills Park working further east & north.  Finally 1.5mls to Scoville Park, full circle before working our way back west.  Approached Austin Gardens, full inner lap, then working our way south to Lake Street.  Moseyed down Marion before heading west to Harlem.  And finally meandering back to da Krib.

COUNTO:  10 strong.  Might be a Krib record for PAX (@Fogger?)
