The Thang – Down the Ladder – Carry Blocks over to the Football Field – Start at the west goal line.
Rifle Carry Block to the east goal Line -> 10 Blockees -> Walk with Block back to west goal line (at least half of which has to be a lunge walk) and when back at goal line, 10x American Hammers (4 count is 1)
Farmer Carry to 90 yards to 10 yard line-> 9x Curls and 9x Crab Cakes (also in a 4 count for 1 rep) – Choose your own carry back to west goal line- Optional water break/stretch
Rifle Carry Block 80 Yards to 20 yard Line -> 8 Blockees -> Walk with Block back to west goal line (at least half lunge walk) 8x American Hammers
Farmer Carry to 70 yards to 30 yard line-> 7x , Curls and 7x Crab Cakes (also in a 4 count for 1 rep) – Choose your own carry back to west goal line- Optional water break/stretch
Continue pattern until latter is completed. All PAX finished on time to carry the blocks back and compete a Circle of Doom – Merkins on the block around the circle until the group gets to 100.
CoT: I had this somewhat clone of Alliance’s workout from last august in mind since I signed up for this Q, and then with having COVID over the weekend and still being fairly fatigued and it being 80 degrees out I thought about easing up and taking a softer approach. I have a tendency to take the easy way out at times and need to continue to work on pushing myself and not giving into available excuses. Glad I have these guys around me so that I push a bit harder though and went through with what I wanted too which felt great.
