Follow the Leader

Nice & balmy this morning. 4 for 5 at The Grind, we moseyed, hit some pain stations & found a “hill” or two to summit.  Hit some arm-busting pain stations along the way.   We’re now better men for it.   Running by the beach reminded me that there are warmer days ahead and we must remain patient during these winter months.   We lean into the group for continued support and brotherhood in these colder days.  We are all coming out of the winter gloom and pandemic gloom relatively intact, but more importantly, we are coming out together as a group

We also reminded ourselves to be the example. Not only at home but within this group. We’re all leaders in some aspect of our lives and no truer example than F3 where we’re leaders in a group of leaders.  Thankful for this group of men who continue to show me the way and lead by their own example.  I continue to be inspired by them each grateful day that I have with them.
