Warmups: 7 motivators, high knees, butt kickers, 12 daisy pickers, 12 windmills, 10 peter parkers, warmup sprints

Workout: group run north on Elmwood, west on Greenfield to Oak Park Ave. First runner there is to doubleback to pick up remaining PAX back to WreckCenter. Approx 3.2 miles. Group exercises on run back to WC included 25 squats, 25 merkins, 20 flutter kicks, 20 BB situps.

Announcements: Beer ruck on Saturday, Nov. 13th at noon. Meeting at Eagles Landing. New FNG (Ted Gibbs) was named Roadie.

COT: Q challenged the PAX to check their number HCs to date. Make a goal to finish 2021 strong. Aim for a milestone that will push you over the next 7 weeks and commit to meeting that milestone.
