Warm Up

  • Motivators (from 7)
  • Abe Wigodas, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps (10 in cadence of each)
  • Daisy Pickers (10 in cadence)

  • Mosey to workout site


  • Series of 5 minute intervals with a partner.  In each interval
    • Conversational jog the length of football field and back (talking about assigned topic)
    • Finish the 5 minutes out doing to assigned exercise until the 5 is up OR to failure.  At failure, rest 20 seconds and start again.
  • #1 = Merkins / Talk about your family
  • #2 = Squats / What do you do and how’d you end up doing it
  • #3 = Crunches / Talk about your religious or spiritual life
  • #4 = Lunges / Just keep talking
  • #5 = Plank / Just keep talking
  • #6 = Burpees / Just keep talking

Cool Down

  • Mosey back to flag
  • Hold forearm plank while each pax shares one interesting detail about whoever they were paired with
