Thang 1: Ruck stopping twice to do 10 merkins.
Thang 2: Mills Park. Ruck a figure 8 lap stopping at the top, middle, bottom, and middle to do exercises. Lap 1 was grave diggers, squats, curls, mountain climbers 2 is 1. 8 reps each. 2nd lap, rifle carry between exercises, 16 reps same exercises. 3rd lap, ruck with 24 reps.
Thang 3: Ruck back to AO. Mary skipped due to time.
