Thang 2: FEATS OF STRENGTH! No Festivus can be complete without feats of strength. Ours included Rifle Carry*, 20 Lunges, 25 merkins 10 step-ups, 10 shoulder taps (2 is 1), 10 declined rows, bear crawl* and 20 burpees*. Feats of strength were accomished periodically throughout the workout.
C.o.T.: Airing Of Grievances. We all have issues with something. On the lighter side I aired some of my exercise grievance (see astericks above) with exercises I find tough. On the more serious side it’s important to have someone to talk to about these issues. To realize your not alone. Thanks for the Fellowship to all the F3 pax.
